Mr Allan has extensive experience working at senior levels in the Australian resources industry and previously held management positions with Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton before forming his own consulting business. He is currently a non-executive director of the Illawarra Retirement Trust and Hunnu Coal Ltd. Mr Allan has also served as chairman of the Australian Coal Association Research Committee and Queensland Mines Rescue Service Limited.

Mr Cairney has over 40 years’ mining experience having commenced his working career in mines in the Lower Hunter Region, gaining experience in both operational and technical roles. Managing operating mines and also leading major mine project development, Mr Cairney continued his operational focus with Centennial Coal after it acquired the NSW Government's Powercoal assets in 2002. Mr Cairney previously held the positions of General Manager HSEC, General Manager Western Operations and Executive General Manager Operations, within Centennial Coal before being appointed to his current role of Managing Director & CEO in May 2017.

Ms Chaimongkol commenced with Banpu in the early 1980s and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. In April 2015, Ms Chaimongkol was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer. She also serves on the Board of Commissioners of PTD Indo Tambangraya Megah, is chairman of the Board of Banpu’s provident funds, a member of Banpu’s Risk Management Committee and a director of Hunnu Coal Limited and Asian American Coal Ltd.

Mr Vongkusolkit is one of the founders of Banpu and since Banpu’s establishment in 1983, until retirement in April 2015, held the position of Chief Executive Officer . He now holds the position of Senior Executive Officer and is a director of Mitr Phol Sugar Corp and The Erawan Group. Mr Vongkusolkit is also chairman of the Thai Listed Companies Association and vice chairman of the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organisations.

Mr Ruchirawat holds the position of Deputy CEO at Banpu pcl. Until 2012, he was Banpu's Chief Operating Officer. He has also held senior positions with PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITM), PPG-Siam Silica Co Ltd and Thai Oil Co. Ltd.

Philip Gasteen

Mr Gasteen holds the position of Advisor to CEO for Banpu. He previously held a senior sales position within BHP Coal and has also held director positions with BHP Minerals Europe and Dalrymple Bay Coal.
